What makes signing up on a phone actually easy?

I find myself getting really frustrated with sign-up processes on my phone lately. It seems like every new app or service I try to join has a completely different flow, and most of them are really hard to navigate on a smaller screen. So often I just give up halfway through because it's asking for too much information upfront or the buttons are tiny. What do you all think makes a mobile sign-up genuinely easy and quick? I'm genuinely curious to hear what others look for, or what makes you abandon a sign-up.

That feeling is so relatable! I've been there many times, just tapping away and then hitting a wall of clunky forms. I was actually reading an article recently that perfectly described what makes an aviator sign-up flow feel easy on a small screen, and it highlighted some key points. It talked about how mobile users make fast choices, and a clear form can hold attention while a busy one loses it immediately. The article emphasized fewer required fields at the start, having one clear action per screen, and using large buttons with readable labels. Fast movement from one step to the next is also crucial for a smooth user experience. It makes such a difference when a company respects my time by making registration straightforward.
